Flash from the Past

My tv appearances on Monday had an unexpected benefit. A friend from high school from whom I've seen no hide nor hair since 1998 called me up this week. Her mom saw me on tv and clled Megan with the news that I was in fact still alive and kicking. We had a good chat tonight and are meeting for dinner on Tuesday with another good friend I haven't seen in years.

It was kind of fun giving a recap of my past nine years to her and made me realize both that a) I'm extremely lucky in my past adventures and b) I enjoy bragging about it way too much.
