How I Spent My Summer Vacation

... how I will spend it, at least. Rem and I are toddling down to Nordegg tomorrow to spend a couple days wandering around the area of the lovely Shunda Creek hostel and soaking in their hot tub. Yes, we are planning to do some hiking so as to DESERVE the soak in the hot tub. We're also going to head over to Rampart Creek, a wilderness hostel on the Columbia Icefields highway and see what there is to be seen. It's just a short trip - we should be home by Saturday night - as Rem's playing piano at one of the churches on Sunday morning.
