I know a gold medalist!

Yup, that's my claim to fame this week: my old roommate's sister won a gold medal at the olympics on Saturday! If you live in Edmonton you might have seen it in the papers as she's from Spruce Grove: Jennifer Heil, sister to the illustrious Amie Heil, apparently aced her runs and handily trounced the competition. I have yet to see it as I had to be at a convention all day Saturday, but some excellent friends (Thanks Jenn & Michael!) taped it for me so I'll watch it this weekend.
